As requested by many residents, the Management has decided to cease the operation at Main Gate 3 (MG3), effective from 1^st  April 2007. This is to ensure that all the incoming / outgoing vehicles will go through our Dual-Gate Entry System at MG 1 & MG 2 only for maximum security.

Therefore, please take note that beginning from 1^st  April 2007, all the vehicles have to go through either MG 1 or MG 2 (First level of security screening), and proceed to IG 1  (Second level of security screening) to enter the Cluster House at Precinct 1.

However, we have also considered the inconvenience of students going to Foon Yew (5) & Sunway College Johor. Therefore, the pedestrian walkway at MG3 will still be opened at the following hours:

            Opening Hours of MG3 (Strictly for pedestrian only)

6:00   am – 8:00  am
11:00 am – 2:00  pm
4:00   pm – 7:00  pm      Opens daily, except Sundays & Public Holidays.

The closure of MG3 may cause a little inconvenience but security purpose, we hope for your understanding and utmost cooperation. Thank you.

We are pleased to inform you that Internal Gate 2 ( IG2 ) will be in operation beginning from 1^st  April 2007 and the current Temporarily Gate (TG) will be closed thereafter.

Therefore, starting from 1^st April 2007, you have to go through our Dual-Gate Entry System ie. From MG1 or MG2 (First level of security screening) and proceed to IG2 (Second level of security screening)  to enter the Linked-Bungalows at Precinct 2.

As an added convenience to you, the Management has also installed mid-range access card readers at IG2. This means the car driver does not have to wind down the car window but just place your existing access card close to the window to open the barrier. This is very convenient especially in raining day.
